Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the se996 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of the Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. se996 operates a strict minimum-age policy. Registering an Account while under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the personal-use level applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on se996. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the se996 platform or on any affiliated platform.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of se996's operating entity are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in any promotional offers.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming products on se996, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK) or passport number, current residential address, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All information submitted must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification

se996 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, se996 may require you to submit copies of government-issued photographic identification (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address (such as a recent bank statement or utility bill), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. se996 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account's life. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.3 Account Approval

Submission of a registration form does not guarantee Account approval. se996 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting se996 customer support via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to final closure. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal is pending verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply to all se996 Account holders:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must not permit any other person to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• You must use a password that is unique to your se996 Account and not used on any other platform or service.
• You must notify se996 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• se996 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to safeguard their credentials adequately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

se996 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following Indonesian payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as the se996 Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt by se996's payment processor. se996 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which se996 accepts no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. se996 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger internal risk thresholds.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the Account, or to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder following successful verification. se996 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on se996 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). se996 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency payment inadvertently received will be converted to IDR at the rate applied by the receiving payment processor, and any conversion costs will be borne by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by se996 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all promotional offers across the se996 platform:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim promotional offers.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Account, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• se996 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses already actively in use by a User.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false identity, will be voided, and the Account(s) involved will be subject to permanent suspension.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer will be stated in that offer's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following default conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account.
• Only wagers placed using Bonus Funds count toward wagering requirements; real-money wagers do not contribute unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, progressive jackpot slots, live dealer baccarat, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the stipulated period, all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing users may be eligible for a welcome bonus offer. Specific bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit amount, maximum bonus cap, and wagering requirement multiplier applicable to the welcome bonus will be displayed on the promotions page at the time of first deposit. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

In general: bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and are binding once confirmed; and se996 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to return a profit; any void leg within a parlay will be settled as a single leg removed from the combination.

7.2 Live Casino

In the event of a disconnection from a live table during an active hand or round, the game will be settled according to the rules applicable to that game variant as administered by the studio operator.

7.3 Slot Games

Slot games available on se996 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage and volatility rating are published within the game information panel. se996 does not alter the RTP configuration of any slot game beyond the settings certified by the game's developer. Malfunction of a slot game voids all associated plays and returns the staked amount to the User's balance.

7.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) is offered on se996 with independently verified draw schedules and transparent result publication. All togel markets are governed by the specific rules displayed in the togel section of the platform, including permitted bet types, payout tables, and draw timing. se996 reserves the right to suspend any togel market pending investigation if result integrity concerns arise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on se996 (whether under the same or different identities).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to manipulate, exploit, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on se996.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal or unlawful activity, or using se996 for any money-laundering purpose.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the se996 platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the se996 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Limitation of Liability

• Any third-party payment delays, bank system outages, or e-wallet processing errors that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit se996's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
